An excellent family entertainer by director Thriller Manju who has neatly combined romance, comedy, sentiment and action.Manju has ensured this remake of the Telugu movie `Krishna' is fast paced and entertaining. The thrilling action scenes and car chases deserve special mention.
The film is about Rajini (Upendra) who falls in love with Sandhya (Arati Chabria) the sister of Sharath (Sharath Lohithashwa), a builder. Jakku (Mukul Dev), a rowdy, also wants to marry her, but Sharath and Jakku are enemies. Jakku holds Rajini responsible for the enmity. Rajini decides to take on the villain in his own way and wins Sandhya. From then on, it is comedy all the way with Doddanna, Mandya Ramesh, Sharath Lohithashwa, Ramesh Bhat, Kokila Sadhu and Tulasi Shivamani at their best.
Upendra wins hearts with his brilliant acting. Arathi Chabria is okay. Rangayana Raghu is simply superb. Mukul Dev is impressive. Hamsalekha's music is good. Camerawork by R Janardhana Babu passes muster.
